SET FREE

John 8:36 (King James Version)
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

We are indeed set free from the curse of the law of sin and death by the cross.

Then we are free to remain in our comfort zone and be fed baby food. We have made Jesus our Savior but to make Him our Lord requires being obedient to His directions.

John 7:37-39. Luike 11:9-13
37 ¶ In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Luke 11;9-13 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. 10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the [power of the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Receiving the power of the Holy Spirit equips us Spirit-filled believers to carry out our Great Commission.

Then we are equipped to or go and make disciples.
Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

So are you hust staying put and delegating you Gtreat Commission or setting forth?

Luk 6:46
And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
